Terms and Conditions

 

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be made in writing no later than fifteen business days prior to event date. A cancellation fee will apply. 30 day reimbursment policy.

Payment:                                                                                                                                                                                                                Half the total cost per event is required for deposit upon execution of contract. Balance is due day of event prior to event start time.

Revisions:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  Revisions may affect price which will be reflected on your invoice.

If a change of venue is ordered, every effort will be made to preserve the design layout. In some cases, due to different power source locations and other possible unforeseen issues, it may not be reassembled in the same manner. The original package price plus additional labor and equipment charges may apply.

No guarantee is made that the entire setup can be moved in the event of a change of venue or change of weather.  lf setup time is delayed by client for any reason, additional labor fees may apply, and no guarantee is made that the layout can be set up by the original event start time.

Rates:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       Normal rates do not apply to the following holidays. Rates for holidays are subject to change.

Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day

Other Fees and Conditions:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                         Tiger Jones Productions, LLC does not accept responsibility for any misinformation, which may result in event compromise.

Events that exceed the time frame indicated on the Contract will be charged $150.00 per hour.

Contracts do not include hotel power fees and or associated costs. TJP is not responsible for supplying or locating power source.

A $100.00 charge will be assessed on all returned checks.

TJP will not start set up on layout or activate audio/visual until full prepayment is made prior to event.

Areas of concern or danger must be coned or sectioned off prior to arrival of crew. TJP must be informed if any water will be within 50 feet of equipment or dj setup prior to event.

Special budget rates are not reusable and must be re-negotiated for each event.
